If you enjoy RTS games, this is one of the best. It’s challenging early on as you learn to build a stable economy, but mastering it — and interlinking your regions — is deeply satisfying. The economic system is rich and realistic: oversupplying goods crashes prices and the market for them, so careful management is essential. Specialisation, logistics, and resource variety add strategic depth. Negatives- Development is slow, with infrequent major updates instead of regular small updates. Resident chats can be repetitive, and more music variety alongside additional brief resident conversations would benefit the game. Hopefully, the developer will prioritise adding more policies and development branches, as well as allowing timber to be traded. At the moment, it is possible to become softlocked if you try to rebuild your logging camp and the required materials are redirected elsewhere. In that situation, the only solution is to destroy other buildings to reclaim the timber. That said, upcoming features like Castle Sieges promise to make an already outstanding RTS game even better.
